1. How are you ever going to pick?

I actually think I fell in love with backlit photos from looking at all the ones you have posted here.

You have a ton of great entries there. I actually do have a favorite for your entry from that bunch, but I hesitate to tell you for some reason, perhaps because there are so many wonderful and unusual photos there.

And thanks for posting all these. It will give people ideas on the types of photos that are backlit.

3. I second Celebration in saying you have been instrumental in showing me

what to aspire to. The wealth of material you have is staggering. I'm toying with 4-5 new ones and have not looked at my files yet. If it were not that we are easy spirited rather than stringently competitive, I would throw them all out after seeing your (first) hundred.

What I learn when I post and when I look is immeasurable, even if nothing is said.
I think hanging in there in the photo group peopled with talent and knowledge and output like yours slowly brings out my inner teacher.

So, after seeing your line up (not unlike Trump about the birth certificate) I am inordinately proud of myself for having persevered to become one of the almost old time amateurs around here and to have the courage to keep hanging around and in all probability enter a photo anyway.

Bottom line: It's all about ME>
