Maybe Skinner could put up a forum or forums where comic book artists can post their works? Unless that is done already. I am talking about being able to post multiple pages but I don't know how to do that.

| 3. I would ask the question here: |

www.animationnation.com . I know there are sites devoted to such out there. I'll try to remember to ask some of the industry professionals that I know later this week.
Try Betty Edwards "Drawing on the right side of the brain" to improve your draftsmanship, anything by Andrew Loomis for anatomy, and "understanding comics" by Scott McCloud for creating a successful book.
