Best Buy has it for $14.95. I don't know anything about it. Reviews seem to be pretty good to very good. Is it worth it?

It has a different flavor than the series. But thats art. For $14.95 its definately worth it.

If you like the series, you'll like the movie. The animation is nicer, so you got that going for ya, and there are a lot of really nice street scenes that the film lingers on.
