| 1. do you know the origin of the white marks? |
|
I have a side table, that someone spilled milk on. We didn't see it happen, and now, no amount of elbow grease, or any product I've tried so far, will remove the dried milk! I guess that's why they made milk paint; it really sticks!
I'm wondering if the mayo would remove the milk on my piece of furniture...

but heck, give it a try, can't hurt
if plain mayo doesn't work, add a bit of ash in and try again

| 3. Have you tried ammonia? |
|
You would want to dab at it with a q-tip because ammonia will remove the wax. Kind of rub a q-tip on the milk spot, over and over. Try a small spot first. If it works, let it air a little after you remove all the stain, then put a good bees wax over the cleaned areas to protect the wood.
