I read through the post, and while I don't claim to be a great theologian, my take on some of the scripture he cites has always been that to truly follow Christ, it will take many deep sacrifices plus a deep resolve to meet any challenges that you will certainly face in trying to live up to Christ's demand that we love everyone, all the time, no exceptions. He only gave two commands -- love thy God with all thy heart and soul, and love thy neighbor as thyself. That is not as easy to do as it sounds, and you will make many enemies and perhaps cause many divisions by so trying. Christ offers a great challenge for us to leave our comfort zone -- not many when it gets down to it, are willing to be so challenged.

The post had a lot of twisted logic that I think any cursory glance could unravel.

Does God love gays? Of COURSE He does!
