A Handfasting Vow

I'm in a triad that is handfasting on June 30th - not so coincidentally it's a Blue Moon in June...:party:
We're at the point of writing our vows and I thought I'd post mine, as I think it sucks a bit less than most of what I've seen on the net.
It would work for dyads as well as polygons of any shape.:grouphug: I hope you like it.

I see in you an echo of the One that is the form and substance of this sacred universe.
I find in you an equal who celebrates all that the world and life in it has to offer.
I rejoice in your strength, beauty, wisdom and spirit.

Under the smiling eyes of the Lady and the Lord,
I ask you to be my partner for our next turn around the Sun.

I pledge to you my love and respect.
I pledge to listen when you speak.
I pledge to be honest with you in all things.
I pledge to support you, nurture you and challenge you.
I pledge to grow with you, through shared joy and pain.
I pledge to give you cause to wonder.

I give myself freely to you as a lover, partner, soulmate, playmate and friend.

I love you,
I choose you.
