| 1. Never heard of it. The website sounds kind of flakey. |

I don't really think that any audio recording is going to "force" your mind into a meditative state. It doesn't say what the technology is but I'd guess it's binaural beats, and there are dozens of b.b. meditation CDs for significantly less cost.

was supposed to be really good, i was wondering if it was this one.. doesn't sound like it.
the subliminal stuff doesn't force anything... the brain just harmonizes with them, that is the secret of the ReThuglicans success.
they program people into a dominate left brain/digital dominance then establish and reinforce an Apriori Loop overview. the loop is based on a logical fallacy. it isn't an effective nor appropriate view/frame of the world purposefully.. so when it caused the victim/pawn/freeper/troll problems they are conditioned to blame the liberals for all their problems.. which are perpetual and constant.
the nature of the Apriori Loop is to put the conclusion first and the premise follows. in a conversation or default thought, where ever outside input is received the mind comes to the same conclusion.. all problems are caused by external liberal intervention of immutable Conservative philosophy

You would be surprised at the effects that drumming can have on the brain. It helps cross connect the nuerons from each hemisphere of the brain.

repetitious exercise/as running jogging, swimming laps, distance bicycle, or Meditation physically rewires the brain and a consistent perceptual/psychological phenomena results. peoples problems fall away.. because their mind begins to naturally operate in a more appropriate and effective manner.. the Tibetans call it, "Skillful Means", something acquired thru meditation without the person being aware of it.
i took a job for 2 years as a Juvenile Parole Officer, and councilor at a juvenile prison to do a research project involving meditation as function of counseling. i discovered that "delinquency" was a result of "information disease", that resulted in a perceptual dysfunction, an Apriori Loop. a conviction that they were right and every body else was wrong; all problems were due to external factors. what essentially happens is that in any given situation --The Conclusion Comes First and the Premise Follows-- in a discussion where ever information is introduced they come to the same conclusion.. all problems are external factors
all the kids i taught to meditate that practiced were paroled in 30 to 60 days. they turned from sociopath really scary kids into insightful, compassionate people.. my project was canceled and all i did afterwords was drive hellatious distances through the desert as a go-fer.
students who are in band get at least 1 grade point higher than before.. i played in bands and orchestras for 9 years,
meditation trains the mind not to attach emotions to thoughts, objects etc.. to stay in the present, among other things

You might mean the Brainwave Suite, by Jeffrey Thompson. It's a 4-CD set, one each for alpha, alpha-theta, theta, and delta. I have that set and also another 2-CD set of gamma meditation tracks. They're pretty good.
He has a bunch of different CDs and CD sets available, many of which are the same tracks, repackaged in different ways. It's sometimes hard to tell if something is what you already have or something new.
