Two years occupying Iraq, SIGH! And no way out... it seems..:cry:

3. We had a 'moment of silence' ...

at my Democracy for America meeting today - trying to spread a 'peace consciousness.'

4. I brought it up at dinner tonight and we prayed over it.

I wish I could go to the protests, but I have to just continue signing the petitions and praying.
Please God, help our leaders to see the errors of their ways in the IWR. Bless all the people who died in this war and their families. Please help us to seek peace throughout the world...

And I just couldn't make it to the protest today (two hours away) - I had other obligations this weekend.

But we got a good group together to pray for peace, and for those who caused this war to be held fully accountable.

I prayed too after reading your prayer.

Perhaps mass peace consciousness will work.
