Buckethead

So, I just got Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains.

My co-worker thinks that Buckethead is actually Jeff Beck in disguise, based on his opinion that their tone and styles (Beck's latest stuff, anyway) are identical.

Thoughts?

I don't think that's the case. Being Buckethead seem slike a full-time job to me.


BTW, Buckethead - one of the best guitarists of our time. and I highly recommend the above album - it's amazing how well claypool, BH and Bernie Worrel sync up (Brain Mantia isn't as amazing, but that's more because he's played with Claypool before). I'm betting that would be a hell of a show.

I don't know how tall Jeff Beck is, but Buckethead looks like he is 6'5" at least.

I will have to check out this album. I would like to hear Buckethead. Is he still in the new "Guns n' Roses"?

In fact, it's fairly commonly known now-a-days who Buckethead indeed is, though I won't give it away other than to say that he is not any other otherwise known guitarist.

It was incredible. The man is a phenomenal.
