I'm from the south, 'k? We only see these birds in winter. There is another bird in the far north (and to me New Hampshire is pretty far north!!!) called Bohemian Waxwing, so google pix of that bird also before you give your final answer. In any case I think if you start with the genus Bombycilla you'll figure it out OK.
