I decided to join the club that's just about 3/4 of a mile from my house. And tomorrow I have my first session with a personal trainer. She specializes in rehab and knows about my neck & shoulder injuries and she's going to help me find some good exercises to do while I'm recovering.
I'm very excited. :)

You've taken the biggest step in joining a gym. That is easy to put off, but now you have to use you money's worth. Out of curiosity, how much do gym fee run in you area of the country?

All classes (Yoga, Pilates, step aerobics, etc.) are included. I really liked it in there. I felt comfortable with both the staff and the other members. :)
Thanks. :hi:

my gym fees for the gym here at work are $200/year (and that includes locker rental and towel service). Sessions w/ personal trainers is additional.
