Tuesday, 1/3: Day off from the gym for me, how about you?
I'm suffering from a little leg soreness and a little gym burnout, so I'm taking the day off. :nopity: I'll be back at it tomorrow.

1. I may get out to shovel
but the roads are too treacherous to drive, let alone run.

As for my diet yesterday, it stunk. I ate almost all day long.

My goal for today is to stick w/ the 3 meals and the 3 snacks and to drink a lot of fluids.

4. 5.75 miles and core training.
I'm still learning the balance ball routine, so I'm not sure how much it counts.

Had a boca burger and V8 for breakfast (DH ate the last of the egg-sub and didn't pull another carton out to defrost...
A salad and a pita with goat cheese, tomatoes and basil for lunch.

9. An hour on the elliptical.
I started the Lord of the Rings trilogy and plan to train an hour a day so that will keep me entertained for about the next two weeks! :)
