Wednesday, 1/11: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! :hi:

Today I did a long jog (3.1 miles) and then went into the weight room for the good news/bad news.

The good news is that I tried my full ab routine.

The bad news is that I can do my full ab routine. :silly:


I know that's not really bad news. It's just that I hate doing ab work. I need it more than ever now (after the hernia surgery) so.... no more excuses.


My diet: Only one bump yesterday (those damned Danish butter cookies I had after supper). Otherwise, I did VERY well.


How are you folks making out?

Windmills
Dragon flags - haven't done these in a while and I can feel a tweak in my shoulder from them. Guess they will have to be permanently out of my routine.

Tonight I'll do some KB work.

8. 7 miles on the treadmill....
And now I'm going to go finish the floor and ball routine.

Diet is all shot to hell today but it's my birthday, so I don't give a flying monkey's butt. I'll eat what I want today, if only today.

10. I'm without a car, so I did a little less and a little extra.
My son drove me up to the Curves that's about four blocks from where I work. I only had time to do one lap around the equipment, but I walked to work wrassling with the wind over possession of my umbrella.

It was a workout of sorts.
