Can I exercise and make my sagging bosom quit sagging???
I know you cannot exercise and make you bosom bigger - and that is NOT what I want to do. But like most older women, I have that problem and would like to get rid of it - if it is possible.

If it IS possible, does anyone have a link to some good exercises to help me reach this goal.

Thanks :)

1. Cooper's droop....
Cooper's droop occurs when the Cooper's Ligaments, the connective tissue that holds up the mammary glands, stretches or degrades. It's partly the product of gravity, partly the product of age, and partly the product of poor clothing choices. It's practically inevitable, since even going up and down stairs too fast can cause the ligaments to tear.

Because it's a ligament issue, it's not like muscle that can be rebuilt with exercise. Once a ligament stretches, unstretching it is very difficult if not impossible.

The best long term solutions are surgical, but even those aren't permanent, are expensive and take recovery time. Second best are to use very good sports bras and properly fitted daily wear bras that give both support and the look that you want.

Building the muscle below will give you the look of a bigger chest, but it's not going to get the girls back up where they were when you were 20. However, losing weight can minimize their size so good diet and exercise are key.

It's part of the aging process... and unfortunately there aren't a lot of good choices.

3. Exercise has helped me tone up some
but I still sag. I don't imagine there's any cure, short of surgery.

There're still pleny of reasons to work out though... :)

5. I've actually found weight *gain* to help.
More fat will fill out the sagging skin better. As far as I've been able to see, that's the ONLY positive result of gaining weight. :P
