Good morning! :hi:
I ran a mile (12:42.34) and then did 20 minutes on the rowing machine.
After that I went into the weight room and did my ab routine.
How are you folks getting along today?

Fun, and there was a lot in the class which supplements what doesn't get worked in my other class -- arms, and lots of hip opening -- but it just wasn't as wonderful as my regular class. Still, I will go again, I'm sure.
