Hi gang :hi:
I went to a sports and nutrition seminar last night and learned a few things that I should be doing differently. For instance, the trainer at this session said to do weight work before cardio (and of course, I was doing it the other way around).
So, today....
I went into the weight room and did an upper body workout, and then I jogged 2 miles (28:03.43).
So, how did you do today?

And my trainer told me the same thing: to do weights before cardio. When I get to the gym, I spend about 5 minutes on the bike just warming up and getting my body up to temperature so to speak. Then I hit the weights, then cardio.

:hi: I swam my mile this morning. I may need to do some arm work. That's what seems to be the weakest aspect of my distance swimming right now.

Maybe the weather's about to shift? (Oh, please, oh please!!)
Spent the day alternating heat and cold on them and stretching and doing the very basic physio exercises.
