:hi: good morning
Today I spent 30 minutes in the weight room working on my legs and lower back. Then I did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine.
How did you folks do today?

Class three days in a row-- I'm pretty sore now!
One of the most interesting side effects of yoga, for me, is how it automatically makes you me eat less because you can't practice well on a full stomach, and the meal you eat 3-4 hours before class is really key to how well you will do IN class. I find that I am very naturally choosing lighter meals and eating much less -- all without really thinking about it!
