Monday, 1/30: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang,

I tried to do my ab work this morning, but was encountered w/ some pretty good abdominal pain. I'm going to call the surgeon today and see when he can see me (I'm supposed to see him next week, but I don't want to wait that long).

I switched over to an upper body workout.

I then went to the track and jogged 2.1 miles.

How did you all do today?

Finally closed the Captains of Crush #1 gripper with the left hand. Closing in on the #2 with the right hand.
