Sample workout week
Mon.--Kickboxing (45min) + Stairmaster (12-15min)
Tues.--Taichi and/or running (3mi)
Wed.--Spinning (45min) + taichi (15-20min)
Thurs.--Boxing (45min)
Fri.--Step aerobics (45min) + taichi (10-15min)
Sat.--taichi + running (3-5mi)
Sun.--light workout or rest

after work 5 sets of 20 crunches and 3 sets of 15 back extensions on the ball.

Warm weather is on its way. Keeping up the resolution.

have you considered weight training to mix in?

2. I have considered adding some weight training
but I would keep it minimal, not more than 3x/wk, because I add muscle a little too easily. (I had to buy XL shirts to fit around my shoulders. :() I'd follow a light weights routine or a calesthenics routine.

Good thought, I have to see how to add that in. My goal is to get below 200 by March.
