:hi: Good morning gang!
I did my ab routine this morning and didn't have very much trouble at all--a little pain on the ab nitro machine, but I lowered the weight and felt better about it.
Then I went up to the track and jogged 3 miles. I didn't time it this morning. I just wanted to run and enjoy the feeling of running.
How did you all do?

40 minutes on the road on bicycle, then 8 sets each of 5 different exercises with free weights, 10 reps per set. Wanted to go longer on bicycle, felt good, but started raining on me and I hate riding in the rain so I went home.
