:hi: Good Morning!
After warming up, I went into the weight room and worked the upper body circuit. Then I went up to the track and jogged 2 miles.
How did you all do today?

One hour on the road on bicycle, then weights
db flat bench press db flat flies 1 arm bent over row
db concentration curl db hammer curl db side deltoid raise
bb upright row bb pullover bb tricep extension (all bb work today was with ez curl bar)

I did weights and circuit again, with lots of lunges (I hate them, but, boy do they work).
I did free weights on military shoulder presses, bench presses, biceps and lat pulls. I'm still having a tough time on the pull up bars.
I do abs on the exercise ball and the floor. The rest is circuit machine.
I hit muscle fatigue again tonight.
Feels good. :)MKJ
