I did 30 sets total of 5 different exercises with dumbbells, 10 - 25 reps per set
The sun was peeking over the horizon, lying on my flat bench I watched the gray clouds scudding overhead preparatory to the predicted rain, the sparrows were feeding about 20 feet away and ignoring me.
This will be a good day.

Unfortunately my new job makes me head to the gym after work during the week. Too many people; too few weights. So, I just do an hour of cardio, three times during the work week, and I'll hit the weights on the weekend. Upper body today, legs tomorrow.

I know I can't make up for five days of not exercising all in one day but I feel I should take advantage of the time I do have on the weekends.
