Why does a person get hot when they do Yoga. The host of Inhale said why, but I didn't catch all
he said. I noticed I can be on my mat in the floor - where it should be the coolest - and the next thing you know - I'm burning up!

1. I wonder if the stretching doesn't release some kind of chemical from your muscles
Not to mention, a lot of yoga rooms are purposely heated. A warm room is the best place to stretch muscles.
