today I jogged 2 miles and then went into the weight room and worked my arms, chest and upper back.

2 miles is pretty good for still recovering. I know when I'm recovering from a cough the jogging (more than other cardio) seems to bring it all up.

Rode a bike for about half an hour, did some laps in the pool, than indulged in a bout with the hot tub
