Murals of lynching divide officials

The Associated Press




Murals depicting early Idaho life were produced under the Works Projects Administration. Two of them, including the one directly above, depict a lynching, and some historians say they should be preserved as a reminder of injustices against American Indians. Others say they should be removed or painted over. The courthouse where they are located will be a temporary home for the Idaho Legislature....

1. they are shitty art
if they were masterpieces i would say preserve them...but they are no better than the shit you see scribbled on the bathroom stalls in a greyhound bus station...get rid of them...
