Haven't set a date yet, but I'll tell you, after just one week (and on the .5 milligram pills at that; just started the 1 milligram pills today), I'm already smoking less than half of what I was! Hit a milestone yesterday, in that instead of having a smoke while the coffee brews, then another with my first cup, I didn't have one until the first cup was nearly done. May sound like a small thing, but to me, it's BIG!

that works on the stomach instead of the brain.? I could get away with 1/4 a pill and be ok. Then again only felt the queasy when I skipped eating. It does make a difference. Friday is mine though like you I have really cut down. My problem is going to be the habit thing I think. Great news on the coffee thing. I think that first one in the morning is the hardest. It is a big thing and anyone that has been there will understand. Good luck to you too. :hug: Oh and put the money you save from not smoking in a jar or something, after a year treat yourself. (If at all possible it does help to see how much you save not buying cigs.)
