What would happen if Keith named Bush As "Worst Person In The World?"

for reasons I mentioned in another thread.

Worst Person in the World is for smaller potatoes than that--ordinary people trying to take advantage of or hurt others, petty politicians throwing their weight around, companies with bad policies (such as firing employees who take the day off to go to their mother's funeral), and media pundits who say really dumb and insensitive things.

Bush and his foibles are a top story every day. He won't make Bush Worst Person in the World, only because, in the World According to Keith, the title is really too small to fit.
