Tonight is the night that the US Representative who was the first to stand up to DeLay's bullshit & file an ethics complaint against him, Chris Bell, accepts the Texas Democratic Party's nomination for Governor of the State of Texas. :party:

It was also the day after a temporary restraining order was issued against the Republican party injoining them from naming a replacement candidate in District 22, as Tom DeLay is still available to run for office. You are only "unable to run" if you are (1) ill, (2) dead, or (3) in jail. :evilgrin:
