I am so bummed

I'm going to Mom & Dad's tomorrow, and will be there for three, maybe four days. No problems, just a few appointments, etc., and lots of "little chores" to help with.

Then Mom drops the bomb. "By the way, my computer isn't working. I can get into my files, but I can't get on-line." She then tells me she's had a few people look at it, but they couldn't figure out what's wrong.

That means 3 days of DU withdrawl, 3 days without KOEB, 3 days of Keith re-broadcasts (because there is only one TV, and I don't dare suggest we watch anything else). :cry:

Then, to top it off, I'll be back on Thursday, but I have a church meeting Thursday night.

Is there a KOEB nicotine patch that will get me through???

after they've gone to bed. But that's when I'd usually check in with the KOEB. I'm going to have to experience Keith alone!

First thing tomorrow, when I get there, is to take the computer to the repair shop.

you mom and dad are ok. Hopefully they can fix that computer fast. Thinking 3 days with no Rev. No one to find pages with custom made men's lingerie and pink fuzzy or lavender leather handcuffs? I think the KOEB will miss you as much as you would miss it. Look what happened when Cripini left and :scared: to see what will happen yet while Patsy is gone. We even had mods removing post.

Why don't you TAKE YOURS to your mom's? You'll be there long enough to justfy the trouble -- plus you won't have to sweat out how long the repair on your mom's takes then!

I'll admit I thought of begging for a laptop, or even a "loaner" computer from the shop! :)

This will be a good test to see how strong my addiction is.
