On the home page, click on Myths and Facts. It is an extensive review of the history of the region relevant to the Israel-Arab conflict. It describes itself as the world's largest online Jewish encyclopedia in the world, and is comprised of original source documents and academic references from public and private soures.

The only drawback is its length and comprehensiveness. I've spent several hours reading the Myths and Facts, Middle East Conflict, section, and I'm only up to the 1980's. But it is well worth the time, both for folks with some knowledge of the historical record as well as those new to the subject.

The way it is arranged -- a cross-referenced "myths and facts" format permits a reader to quickly go to sections of immediate interest. That saves some time.

Please go see this; it is an invaluable reference source.
