Lovely, even having health insurance at times...

anyway I managed to hurt my hip, by lifting wrong. I was supposed to start PT but it was not ben referred from doctor to PT. So... I decided to get proactive. I REMEMBER the therapy my dad got... so on my own been doing them. Pain is greatly diminished as it is getting stronger. But there are days...

Yes our health care system is the best in the world... say it after me.. best in the world... :sarcasm:
