At what point do muscles start to atrophy?
I've been walking more since my return to work from my surgery; 6 months ago... a spinal cord injury...

I've been doing arm exercises and I've seen some improvements.

Yet my arms and legs continue to tire each day. Especially my legs; it's getting harder to stand.

What levels of exercise are deemed 'normal'?

1. Only A Physician Can Diagnose/Offer Medical Advice
No one on this forum has access to your medical records, etc. Only a physician who can exam you, take a full history and exam your records can offer advice as to what level of excercise is appropriate after spinal cord surgery.

Very generally speaking, unless one is paralyzed and/or completely bedridden for an extended period, muscle atrophy is rare.

I like that, it's so Innocent. In my experience, alternative medicine has been very very good to me and mine. we have been through a lot, and I welcome a sharing of situations where we may both of benefit.
