My brother committed suicide last week and

I'm devastated. I posted in the lounge because I didn't know this group existed and I received many helpful suggestions. Would anyone here be willing to chime in?

2. I can't tell you how sorry I am for your loss.

I want to hold you and your family very tightly. There is a good group, GROWW, online which has rooms for every conceivable loss. I found it very supportive after my son died. They have a siblings group as does The Compassionate Friends.

But, it is all too soon for you. Your grief is too raw to do much beyond operate on a type of inner auto pilot.

Suicides leave the survivors with many questions. Try not to ask those questions (at least, not right now), and allow yourself to grieve. Cry, scream, rage... and let it all out.
