Jane Tomlinson biking across USA while in final stages of terminal cancer

and while it sounds grim it is still uplifting... amazingly enough. Please kick the thread to get this story noticed, her husband says he feels her efforts may have proven futile because the ride across America has not been picked up by stateside media and so she has raised only a meager amount (about$1000 in America - how pitiful is that?!?) for charity...!

5. This is really something.

The photo of her hubby planting a kiss on her cheek while her little boy snaps a photo really tugged my heart.
This lady cyclist has indeed performed a tremendous feat.
wow. really. wow. A heroine indeed.

6. and the money is ROLLING IN to charity now!

It is so good that people have finally starting sending money, she was quite discouraged her final week of the ride as the charities were not seeing many donations.
