'Fashion' help, please.

Daughter's wedding in September, and I had found, months ago, on-line, a beautiful 2 or 3 piece suit which I loved for myself. Finally ready to order it, I've just learned that the couturier, Sera B, is out of business.

Suggestions for designers, shops, dress-makers, would be appreciated. Formal wedding, NOT formal mother-of-the-bride, simple, easy lines, blue, petite, long-ish jacket over dress would be fine. The one I missed had lovely looking (in pic) blue lace skirt/dress with same lace on lower part of sleeves of jacket.
