Ok I'm trying again

Today is Sunday March 12. The last one was at 10:30am. I've had the gum shoved in a closet now for a few months. I hope I can hang in there this time.

All the news lately, Peter Jennings, Dana Reeves etc.. I want to see my daughter grow up she is 14 years old. Being a single Mom she needs me.

So I am going to try this again. I plan on using the gum, staying busy, taking the dog for a walk each night.

My last smoke came at 4 pm Feb 21 and with the aid of the patch, I've been smoke free ever since. Good luck and never give in!

2. how's it going for you?

I can identify with what you say about your daughter. I was having thoughts about how completely stupid it would be to die young when I have 3 wonderful kids. Yeah, that was just one reason among many, but can you even imagine having to tell your child that you have terminal cancer that likely could have been avoided? I'm not sure I could face my kids and tell them that. So I'm at a week now, and it sometimes sucks, but I think I'll make it, I hope I will.
