Smokers don't know the havoc they are wreaking on their blood vessels with just one cigarette. Nicotine is a powerful vasoconstrictor, basically starving not only John Thomas but ALL organs of needed blood and oxygen.
I've only been off the smokes for a few weeks, and already I've noticed lots of things work better.

I'm a middle-aged woman, so I was really surprised at my increased libido as soon as I quit. My husband was ecstatic.
