Hurricane Season 2005 thread
For those of us in Hurrican country, I though I'd create a thread for sharing info, posting satellite updates, etc.

Nothing much to post now, of course, but the season will be starting soon! :woohoo:

7. Adrian formed in the Pacific?
Has there ever been any storms that passed from the Pacific and reformed in the Atlantic?

6. We should gather some hurricane/weather watchers
For this hurricane season and keep track of each other. Since I'm moving to the MS gulf coast area in July, I could give any first hand info on storms that pass through there.

But I guess we are already doing that. Maybe more will gather as the season kicks in.

11. Florida gulf coast here
I live on one of the barrier islands, so I have a front row seat, and a generator.

Last year, the only thing working in the house for 3 days after Jeanne was the internet. :-)

I'll be sure and provide updates from this piece of the coast...
