Where is everybody, and how are you all doing? It has been MIGHTY quiet in here lately. Do we have a bad case of the doldrums? :hi:

1. Hi, my first time over here. I went to my 2nd WW weigh in and
I lost 6 pounds!

I thought my pants felt looser but the weigh in was wonderful!

We have a WW group at work, so I joined.

Glad I did.

Congratulations to you on your 1st week's progress! Its always nice to see tangible results on the scale! Of course, looser pants are a wonderful feeling too!

Welcome to our forum here, we'd love to have your input and encouragement. Several of our posters are also doing WW, so this could be another form of support for you- :hi:

6. Congratulations!
I think WW is a great program. How great that you can do it at work, too! I'll look forward to progress reports!

10. Fantastic!
I've been doing Weight Watchers since the end of May and I've lost 27 pounds so far; pretty good for someone who hates almost all green vegetables. :-)

4. I just started coming over here a couple of weeks ago
This is my first post. I started out about a month ago needing to lose 25 pounds. I have already lost 10 pounds. I've cut out all junk food and sodas. I've started doing Pilates and bought a pedometer to measure my daily steps. I'm drinking only water and trying to get a balance back in my life and eating habits.

I was feeling so lousy before I started this new way of life and I realized that if I didn't do something it was only going to get worse. Hopefully I'll reach my goal by the end of the year, but there really is no hurry as long as I'm doing what's right for my body, I am sure that I will get there.

5. You're doing it the right way.
Unfortunately, I've been on so many diets practically my entire adult life so that nothing seems to work any more. So I'm just focusing on lots of exercise, mainly riding my bike.

Welcome to the group and let us know how you're doing!

7. Welcome to our group qanda!
and congratulations on your BIG loss! That is absolutely wonderful! 10lbs is a significant amount of weight. It sounds like you are taking some very positive steps toward realizing your goal.

Are you taking Pilates classes or doing it yourself? I am very interested in doing Pilates, but don't have the $ for classes....

8. Thank you so much for the welcome
I'm doing a Pilates video. I don't have money for any classes either. My sister bought me a Pilates mat for my birthday last week or else I'd still be doing Pilates on a folded up blanket. LOL
