1. Gotta agree that's it's long overdue in formation.

And I confess, even only having been a DU member since March, I, um, I'm really embarrassed that I didn't think of this. Some of the reason I didn't is probably tied up with my obviously erroneous perception that there was no interest (yes, I know, not having been around that long, how would I truly know that?). Some of the other reasons, well, I don't feel so great about my brain freeze on that score because...goddamnit, this is the obvious solution to my previously hostile "why isn't this site more feminist?!" attitude. Yes, THANKS to those who did think of it.
