some just can't help themselves when they ogle, grab, and/or make rude comments.

I use to work with kids and young adults with behavior and mental problems. I once got some flack for writing up someone because I could see her thong. If it was some place like Hooters or a strip club I would've given her an excellent evaluation but the students and I didn't need to know she shops at Fredericks. About the same time I was offered promotions and a preferred schedule if I would "date" a senior staff member. When he complained after getting penalized because I told HR I again got flack from the same damn people because he just couldn't help himself.

Although, the ipod format gives a more, um, multimedia experience.

And yeah, if someones just privately watching porn on his ipod, minding his own business, well golly, I probably won't even be aware of it! Good point benburch!

However, it's been my experience, having ridden crowded public transportation in many cities and other countries, that when you can easily see the explicit reading material of the creep who's sitting or standing next to you it's hiiiiighly probable that he wants you to see it. Some creeps just want to share, you know. They want unwilling women to participate in their visual fun and all. And now they have a new, high-tech method to accomplish that! Yay!!

Oh and BTW, to preempt the inevitable "Ohmigod you're trying to ban porn and outlaw free speech blah de blah blah!!" screed that might be coming on here, let me point out that we're just discussing an issue here.
