which doesn't seem like much until you realize we have both Sandia Labs and Los Alamos National Labs. The budget wasn't that big to begin with.

I'm sure the citizens of Dumbfuckistan (Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Nebraska) will be lavished with hundreds of millions to keep the cows and corn safe.
