(Last part from the article)
PRWeek: Is there a next step? Kennedy: I've been meeting with attorneys... to devise a litigation strategy. And I would say that very soon we'll be announcing lawsuits against some of the individuals and companies involved.
PRWeek: Who exactly would that litigation be targeting? Kennedy: I wouldn't say, right now.
PRWeek: The election is over. Is it too late now? Kennedy: There's another election soon. And as the Times reported, the same people are up to the same shenanigans.

having the utmost care paid to every detail. Because, without the whistleblower that a huge issue like this needs, you have to be prepared on every level for every deceit in the book - and the GOPs control enough media to do it.

| 33. Two Advantages at this time: 1) Blackwell's censure backfire.. |
|
1) Blackwell was so full of himself that it wasn't enough to rig the election and tell the court that he couldn't be bothered to show up or produce the evidence that his office had obeyed the law... he had to put a motion to censure the attorneys who dared to file against him in the first place... At that trial in order to show that they really did have a valid reason to bring Blackwell to trial they got 900 pages of evidence entered into the record. Testimonies from voters who had been disenfranchised and others who had seen the irregularities.
2) They are doing it again and their present behavior is much like the past... even if they just behave themselves, in order not to be caught red handed this time, then we JUST MIGHT get actual honest elections. With a jail time ax over their heads, these guys often step back just a little. Enough for WE THE PEOPLE to step in and make the noise needed.

Just unplugging people from the hypnotic effect of the constant lies might be good enough on it's own...
But if we won a lottery to have 24 hours of their airwaves... man, we could really get some truth out.
I know. I'm dreamin'

1 cycle. The GOPs have it 24/7 every day of the week for the last 10 yrs. We can't be allowed 1 day.

| 13. Massive extension of what has been done |
|
before. The NAACP has brought such lawsuits before. Some lawsuits stop at getting the fraud structures dismantled such as the unsatisfactory Florida voter rolls case where much bending and twisting only made reinstatement a difficult game and more "caging" shifting to other methods. Or they can go so far as reversing an election though this is not common or to be expected. The public doesn't get much exposure to these cases and their larger implications and the harm is never fully undone. THAT has been the unsatisfying truth although the stubborn fight has gradually made progress, albeit progress that can be undone in a mischievous GOP twinkling.
So it has been done, yet the public would think this something out of the twilight zone. I watched the NAACP lawyers cautiously informing their own people of these cases. I can't imagine how difficult even in suddenly reversed, fair environment to wrap people's brains around cleaning up our elections and litigating fraud never faced or often never even named properly to begin with. So RFK, Jr. is taking a big jump here, even with the movement of polls and the growing undercurrent of sympathy for his ideas.
And then there is crony SCOTUS, the Ringwraiths of Bush. Sigh.
So the main issue is not winning but doing, and getting the reform and correction and consequence accountability issues out there. To ally them with OTHER public popular easy ones like getting private big money out of public politics and reining in manipulative unfair media and advertising. Those things politicians and media wriggle away from and discourage even thought they purport to represent the public. The issue is not specifically winning but generally realizing something a lot closer to the truth and to reform than we are ALLOWED to be by the products of our glossed over problems. it is not about compromising or letting some bloviating pol offer a palliative to the popular outrage, but to get the simple job of fair elections and not-for-profit government done.

The ideal?
NO MORE CORPORATE GIVING TO CANDIDATES.
LIMITS ON INDIVIDUAL GIVING ENFORCED.
LIMITED AND EQUAL AIR TIME FOR CANDIDATES.
DEBATES ON ISSUES - MUDSLINGING AND LIES TO BE PROSECUTED AS SLANDER OR LIBEL.
IF THE CANDIDATE WANTS TO SPEND MORE MONEY IT HAS TO BE AT THE LEVEL OF STUMPING OUT TO TOWN HALLS IN NON-SWING STATES.. to show their sincerity.

Whether it's the good senators like Feingold or Kerry, Reps like Murtha, or non DC people like Richardson or citizen Clark or Gore or Rfk.
I say support them all. Wait until the primaries for the creaming. Jfc we don't even know if the house will turn yet.

Thank Goddess he's pursuing it further! It seems no one investigation/report/lawsuit is going to do the trick, but I'm praying for a tipping point when all these efforts lead to a very widespread belief that the elections are rigged.

Hopefully the proceedings will call so much public attetion to the tactics used in 2000/ 2004 that the pukes will have a harder time using them again in future elections.
RFK Jr. desrves the thanks of a grateful nation.
