Not take him prisoner, is there any law that we have broken? I ask because I was arguing that if we did, it would be wrong. This neocon I know says that it's not because foreigners and non-residents are not entitled to a trial. I'm no lawyer...please help.

the cold blooded killings of our 2 captured American soldiers both of who were foreigners and non-residents.
Ask the neo-condum if it's right that any killer of any captured non-residential American in a foreign land not have to face a trial, either?
