Hillary popularity (-) Name recognition = Base support.

Her percentages for the nomination range between 26% (Zogby) to 43% (CNN). That's quite a spread.

Lets peg it at 36% minus name recognition, with much of that soft support.

So, what's the big deal. She's doing the four corners defense, a stall, as though she can run out the clock and take the prize.

Here's the big factor: Iraq. It's is and will be a mess. About the time the Muslim fundies tell us to get the hell out OR the press actually is forced into coverage, anyone who voted for the authority bill will look like a complete tool. Then it's time for Hillary to pay her dues.
