foley's lawyer said mark would be in rehab one month. Is time up?

So theoretically he's scheduled for release on Oct 31.

I suspect he'll conveeeeeniently stay for the week of "family" counseling that many rehabs offer which would put his release on the day of the election - too late to inflict damage.

Will he be charge? Nobody knows yet. I doubt it - he was a stalking predator but it doesn't look like he raped any of the pages. A page could bring him up on sexual harassment charges but that would be individually I suspect.

Where does he go with this next? Probably to a cushy job on K street. Those repukes don't seem to give a shit if a guy's a felon, indicted, a predator or a criminal - hell, it will probably work in his favor.

I am really hopeful the ethics committee comes out with their report before the elections - that may just blow down Hastert, Schimkus and Reynolds if the committee does it's job and issues an accurate report (it's the cover-up baby!)
