Barney Frank was one of my representatives when I lived in Massachusetts. Now I'm from Oregon.

Isn't this a threat to do bodily harm? Could the police or FBI be brought in to check the ISP of the sender? Surely this is worse than a spammer who may just want to sell you something! Letters like this use to be sent to "Negroes" in the South. My stomach is turning from reading this.

1) Lays claims to involvement in past violent hate crimes
2) States threats of future violent hate crimes
3) Creates a digital shadow that the FBI will have NO problem what-so-ever in tracking back to the originator of the comment.
