Edited to say My Son who is stationed in Tikrit said this for those who do not believe. I talk to my Son via AOL Messenger at least once a week so don't tell me any different.....

First, I wondered about the low post count. Apologies to the legitimate newbies around here, but it does color how one percieves your post content until you "prove yourself" not to be a troll. But, if he had really been away that long, he would have had a low count had he joined DU prior to deployment.

Next, I wondered why on earth anyone who just got back less than a week ago, with a new child he had never seen, would be busy posting on DU. I love ya all, but if those shoes were on my feet, I'd be getting back to ya'all later.

A little googling shows that he had been posting from Nov 04 - May 05 and was at one point a Donating Member. He then announced his deployment, and today it would seem announced his return.

Further research indicates the the site referred to in post #118 is not FR, but the other site to which I am not permitted to link. Anyone interested can PM me.

Having now read through that thread, I see no connection between that thread and The Sad Little Pony. It is my opinion, until I see evidence to the contrary, that this was an overreaction.
