out in CA was amazing. When I first read about peak oil, I was really worried about how we could survive (my family in particular) but really everyone that is not in a position to purchase acreage. These people give me hope.
That corn cob oven that they built was a thing of beauty.

its almost time to hunt Morels. They usually come out here in mid April . Morels are mushrooms to those unfamiliar, and they taste like heaven on Earth. They are hard as Hell to find.
