got the internship and she appears to have a crush on him. So, it's not very likely.

Although, if you think about it - is a reasonable plan. She apparently got his intention by flashing him. If you think about it - if they got an attractive girl and had her do this, hoping Clinton's "flaw" would work as it did - it's not a far fetched plan.

a fixed set up and goldberg was the one who convinced her to keep the dress if I remember correctly. So it seems to me they had something planned from the start and monica was just a convenient tool.

It may even have been that by the time she spoke to Goldberg, she was already unhappy with the relationship which she had earlier deluded herslf to be more than it was. That would be a motive.

(Actually, I would have an easier time thinking well of Clinton if there was a real relationship - this was just classless.
